crash when publish to png (or any other file)

When trying to create a png or jpg I get an error, or Autocad crashes.

Cashes with every file I use, even with new drawings made without using a template.

Does it happen while logged in as a different user on that machine?
Does it happen while logged in as YOU on a a different machine?
Have you tried deleting the PC3 and PMP files and recreating them?

created a new pc3 and crashed, same code. I tried it also with Tiff or other formats, but keeps crashing.

I can't test it with other users because I'am out of the home network.
