circles, ucs

hello,

I am facing a problem I previously met but for which i do not remember the solution.Circles i draw in a created ucs always appear as if they were in the basic world ucs.meaning:

the little blue snap point are not on the x, y axes but always on the world one.

How can i change this?

Thanks in advance!

BR

I think you're talking about UCSFOLLOW

Hello and thank you for your reply,

The ucs i created is in use and all other elements follow the x and y coordinates which are horizontal and vertical as they should be. it is only the circles that cause problems. They are orientated like the world ucs no matter in which ucs i work in.

When I change UCSFOLLOW from 1 and 0

one setting would show full circle, the other one showed ellipse, I thought that is what you were asking.

no, unfortunately not. this doesn't change anything. i tried it.

it seems that everything is right and follows the ucs but the circles.

Can you post a sample drawing with at least one user defined UCS?

Ok, I understand the question now.  As far as I know, the grips will aways be aligned with the WCS... I don't think there's any solution.

Quadrant snaps should follow the UCS however, if that helps?

hi,

thank you!

strange, i had not noticed over the years. seems funny as the snap-points do not react to the actual ucs setting ...

wel ... thank you for your help!!!

Best regards,

bertbert
