change dimension arrow style

Attached show two different arrow styles of dimension. a client of mine has asked a dimension arrow style like red one. but I don't know how can I come up with that. As I realized, as default length/width of my dimension is 3 but I need to have 1.25 . Thanks Hamid

You create a block that looks like the red arrow, one unit in length, have it pointing to the right, draw from 0,0.

Edit your dim style to use the arrow you just created.

3) And to update existing dimensions with these new arrowheads, make sure the dimension style is current, then command "DIMSTYLE" "Apply", and window the drawing.

If the arrowhead is not the correct size (either too small or too big) either redraw the arrowhead (scale up or down) or play with DIMSCALE.
