there is no autocad for linux only windows and MAC

You could try with Wine, but many suggest using a Linux CAD platform.

 

FreeCAD, QCAD, Briscad, Draftsight are some of the better ones.

autocad and all of the other AutoCAD programs like AutoCAD Architecture, MEP, REVIT etc runs great on Linux Ubuntu. I have run every version since 2008. You my be disappointed though, the rectang command does not work. the really big disappointment for me was, no crashes or program slowdown. I am sure you will mis those two thing but try to overcome it.
