XYZ point filters are not snapping correctly (making a 2D dwg from a 3D model)

Need help.....I am currently working on a 3D model, and trying to use xyz filters in order to draw an accurate outline of the model my working plane.

Whenever I input PL, and then type .XY it snaps to the the correct place.  However, when I choose to enter the value for Z (which in this case is 0) it does not snap to the correct location.

I use filters on a daily basis, and have had no problems until this morning, and it is doing the same thing on every drawing that I open.  Hopefully it's just a matter of fixing something in my settings.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.

P.S.  My snaps are turned on......

I don't use those filters, but I'm wondering if your UCS is correct when you attempt to use them? Often times the UCS will rotate, then Z direction is no longer what you assume Z direction is. That might cause the filters to fail. Remember UCS is viewport specific. Just a thought, HTH.
My other CAD is a Cadillac and I like to Revit to the Max!

Plines will only work in one plane, use line or 3dpoly for your work.

Good point....but not the problem.  My UCS is in the correct position.

Thanks, though.  I appreciate the effort to help.

Found the problem....somehow my dynamic UCS was turned on, and that was causing the problem.

Thanks, guys.  I appreciate your efforts.
