Write Permission Problem

Whenever I open AutoCad 2013 I keep getting this message.

(Write Permission denied. Unable to create 'C:\program files\autodesk\applicationplugins\sbd.bundle\contents\aalsbin\en-US\AliasConcept.cuix')

Originally when starting the program it wasn't able to find my license, but it finally found it after I opened Revit. But this message keeps coming up. What does it mean? Also, all of my toolbars are gone and everytime I try to edit the toolbars or switch to Auto Cad Classic it says there is a fatal error and it shuts down. When I click on really anything this message appears:

Try removing and reinstalling AutoCAD 2013: skip any type of migration.
