While moving one single line the close by/ adjacent lines moves aslo, Why?

Dear all,

I am using 2014 Cad-architecture. My last cad was 2010-architecture. Would you tell while moving one single simple line, the close by/ adjacent lines moves aslo (in model space)?

How do I fix it?

Another question above "Move" command

When I moved a whole drawing including title block (x-reference), and 2 unlocked viewports in paper space, the comman line showed " One or more constrained objects cannot not be resolved"

I can move similar drawing in the same computer in another file.

Would you tell why?

Your help would be deeply appreciated.

Louis.

If AUTOCOMPLETE is ON type in a few letters and it will display the commands that matches as you type.

DelConstraint, and type in ALL,  enter and they are gone.

Click on INFER button near the command line if you don't need to use constraints.
