Viewport scale and paper size in Layouts...auto field/object?

Hi.
I have to change scale and paper size very often in my drawings - each one is different really. Sometimes I forgot about scale and paper size - to change it in my custom border nad this is big mistake if we send drawings to clients.
I know you can do auto fields so it change ahen I change scale or page setup in page manager - I've managed to get auto field with paper size - just one small thing, when I change paper size in options field doesn;t change autmatically - I have to type updatefield in command - can I do it better - full auto - so when I change paper size in page setup manager field is updated autamtically?

Also need a scale of viewport - but can;t find this option anywhere - plot scale is there but not a vieport scale - how can I do it in AC LT 2015?

Can I create blocks with this parameters....I don;t know waht else...please help.

Please see picture below....

Viewport scale can be done

Do the following

Insert a Field

Change the Category from ALL to OBJECTS

Choose OBJECT

Where it says object type there is a grey rectangle below it to the right of the rectangle is a grey icon when you hover over it it says SELECT OBJECT. Click that.

Choose your viewport.

Look for CUSTOM SCALE in the list of properties.

Now choose USE SCALE NAME

And then click on OK.

Obviously you will have to do a regen every time you change the viewport scale, and you'll also have to lock the viewport layer so it cannot be deleted.

A viewport must be active for that option to show, same as <2015.
