Viewport lock symbol

is there a way (CUI ?) to alter the colours of the symbol.....and or adjust the pixels.......you can hardly tell if the lock is open or closed and I'd like to make it, oh say,..... Red and green, just using my logical brain, instead of gray and blue....at least with 2013, it was yellow and gray and the hasp was swung open, not just 1/2 notched open.....(yes, older guy eyes an part of this issue, but a minor part)

CUI has an icon editor, but first you need to select the command from the command list , when it appears on the right side you will see the two icons listed at the bottom, select the icon you want to edit, editor appears at the top with an edit button. Go for it.
