Video lag when moving or copying big parts of drawing.

Hi,

I just made a new computer ( i5 3470, 8GB DDRAM, SSD, r9 280x video card) and i noticed that i have lag when moving or copying large parts of drawing. The mouse moves very choppy until i select the end location of the objects i selected to move/copy. As you can see my system is pretty decent so i don't know why i get this. On my macbook pro retina with nvidia 650m video card and an i7 i don;t have problems like this.
