VBA Enabler for AutoCAD 2014 to install on AutoCAD 2013

Hi, everyone!
Because there is no any link to download VBA6 for AutoCAD 2013, can we install VBA7 (for 2014) on AutoCAD 2013?
If so, it will be the best solution because VBA7 is more productively.

If this is not possible - let us know.

It appears the answer is "no", but there's no harm in trying (right?).
