Upgrading to 2013

I was getting ready to go to 2013 AutoCAD. When I go to the upgrades page for products I can download. I see AutoCAD up to 2012 and underneath Autodesk AutoCAD 2013 & 14. What the difference between AutoCAD and Autodesk AutoCAD? Is Autodesk AutoCAD 2013 what I'm looking for now?

It's just a new labeling scheme: it's still AutoCAD 2013 like you could download a few weeks ago before the new labels.
