Unknown Command "VMTEXT"

Hello,

I have a user that gets the error message:

Command:

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autocad Raster Design 2014\aecivtui57.arx cannot find a dll or other file that it needs.

Unknown command "VMTEXT". Press F1 for help.

Pressing F1 to get the help errors out anyway, but thats a different problem and related to our firewall I think anyway.  But searching around I can't find anything about VMTEXT or why this might be happening!  I'll admit, I know nothing of AutoCad or how it works!  So any help would be fantastic 🙂

The error is in Raster Design, an add-on that sits on top of AutoCAD. IT has it's own forum around here: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-Raster-Design/bd-p/134

You can set F1 (Help) to search for local files, not just internet, and avoid the problem you have locally: OPTIONS command, go to the SYSTEM tab and uncheck the box that says to USE ONLINE HELP.
