UCS Model Space - Paper Space

I have a drawing from a civil engineer. The model space UCS is different than tht paper space UCS. I don't often work with site plans and am trying to find out what the UCS is in the paper space viewport. Can someone please give me a tip on how I can figure out what the UCS is in the paper space viewport? Thanks in advance for any help.

Activate the paperspace viewport then type in VIEWTWIST and see if that is what you're looking for.
