The Express Tool - how to use it where to find it? AC LT 2015

I want to use command txt2mtxt but it doesn't work, but it should because it's in express tools - I'm not sure if I have this tools? How to check it?

Express tools do not come with AutoCAD LT.

Apparently some of them were available in 2009, but I think this was a result of those commands being rolled into the core application.

The Express Tools are lisp and other apps that is included with Full version AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT can not run lisp or applications.

You bought the cheaest AutoCAD version: it doesn't come with any of those express tools commands, or Lisp, or ARX, and more. Enjoy the discount.

There is no LT ability similar to TXT2MTXT unless you want to spend all day copy/paste betwween each editor. Sorry.
