Task Pane in AutoCAD 2015

Hi,

I'd like to know if task pane is an "original" command in AutoCAD 2015, because I want to insert an .ECW in coordinates. 

My client tells me I should use task pane, never heard or saw it in AutoCAD. 

Is it something from C3D or AutoCAD maps? Or a lisp?

MAP / Civil 3D feature, found under the MAPOPTIONS command, but it's not in plain Jane AutoCAD: talk to your client, only way to get it is to upgrade to that version yourself or buy some add-on from somewhere that may or may not meet your client's exact needs.

Or you can run the MAPWSPACE command (still need MAP of course)
