1tb HD
Ndvidia geoforce GTX 675M
Windows 8

I don't run Civil 3D, but -

I am running AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, Autodesk Simulation, Fusion 360....

on an Alienware.  What spec has you concerned?

I don't see why not. The gaming card isn't on the recommended list, but it shouldn't keep it from running.
