Shift+Right Click for OSnap Menu AutoCAD 2013

I just upgraded from 2011 to 2013. My shift + right click no longer displays the shortcut menu like in 2011. The settings are identical and I use this all the time, how can I get my settings to take? I already looked at pickfirst. Please help, this really messes with the way I draw.

Hi,

Try typing CUI into the command line, then navigate on the left pane to 'Mouse-Buttons' and check if it looks like my screengrab attached to this post. I have 2015 installed, but I think it should be the same for the last few versions.

Yes it is the same! I had someone else tell me that I may have overwrote it when I recustomized with my 2011 settings. Is there anyway to fix this?

Reset 2013 should put things back correctly.
