Setup initalization failed AutoCAD 2014

i am having problem downloading AuotCAD 2014(student) on my laptop. I keep getting a setup initialization failed message and i am told to install now again on the autodesk website. I have done this numerous time but i keep getting same problem. im running 64-bit, windows 7 ultimate

i have tried downloading it from the source you sent me. now after running it seems to stop after .99gb.

I am repeatedly getting the same issue (Network Failure) regardless of the download preference.
