Server License File

We currently have a Single Server License for running 2 seats of MEP. We recently bought a laptop so we can go to coordination meetings and make changes "on the fly" using MEP away from the office. The problem is once the laptop is disconnected from our server MEP will no longer read the license file. Is there a way to set it up to run MEP without being connected to the server?

Read up on borrowing licenses.  Just make sure your laptop network card doesn't power off automatically when on battery power, otherwise the licensing system will think its a different computer and not use the borrowed license.
