Rounding off dimension problem

I'm having a problem with ACAD2014 and the roundoff command for dimensions. I have the dimstyle set to round off to the nearest 5 (mm). When i snap the dimension lines, it shows the figure as rounded off, but when I insert the same dimension line, it reverts back to the figured value (without rounding).

Can anyone help?

What is DIMRND variable set to?
Are all the dimensions you show in the screenshot set to round as you noted?
Are you using DIMCONTINUE command for that second dimension string? If yes, are you aware 2014 can be set to adopt the settings of the other string instead of your current DIMSTYLE?
