Quick select & Properties box not working

Hi, i don't know why but my properties box and the qselect command doesn't work. When i select a line or an object, the properties box does not change anything, it appears blank, so any change i try to do doesn't work. Also, when i want to use the qselect, the window is blank, as showed in the image. Any ideas? Thank you very much, Albert

Hi,

welcome @forums.autodesk.com!

Two ideas:

a) you have uninstalled Autodesk 360 after installing AutoCAD (there are some threads about that, if you did that you have to reinstall AutoCAD)

b) you have disabled PICKFIRST

This is a known issue when Registry Cleaners have been used.
Fix here.

thank you very much. Yes, i uninstalled autodesk 360 after installing it, because i didn't find any use to it. I guess this will solve the problem. Thank you very much for your fast answer.
