Object fields report incorrect position

Hello everyone,

I am going crazy looking for the error in this drawing someone asked me to look over. I have attached it (AutoCAD R2014).

I have placed several object fields in this drawing (for blocks, even a node), and asked for an x position. I got one, but they are all slightly off.

Any ideas?

Your drawing wasn't on the FLAT plane.

Open this same drawing, list the point, record the coordinates and try FIELD again.
