Good morning.
I'm rolling out new Dell Precsion PM4800 laptops with Intel HD Graphics 4600 (driver version 10.18.10.3412) and AMD Firepro M5100 FireGL (driver version 13.352.3461). The end user is experiencing slow mouse movement within Autocad 2013. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

If you type GRAPHICSCONFIG at the command line, what is AutoCAD telling you it is using as the Video Card, the Intel or AMD card?
I'm not sure about 2013, but in 2015 many people have had issues with AutoCAD not switching to the dedicated graphics card, with the solution being to disable the onboard graphics in the BIOS (if available as an option).
Toggling hardware acceleration on or off has been known to help in some situations.
Additionally, make sure you have all 2013 service packs installed if you have not already done so.
Finally, the Autodesk Certified Hardware page has recommended driver versions, although I did not see the Firepro M5100 as a supported card, which may be part of your problem.

I have a very similar setup. I had to go back to the driver published by Autodesk for the ATI card. Then disable the Intel 4600 hardware.
AMD Firepro M4900 FireGL V
Hope this helps.

I've attached a pic of the results from the command line but it doesn't seem very helpful. I did enable the hardware acceleration.
I forgot that they changed the GRAPHICSCONFIG dialog in 2015. It has a cleaner and simplified interface that tells you the card being used.
I'd guess that AutoCAD is using the onboard graphics, though, which means you need to find a way to disable the onboard graphics, if possible. You can go into the BIOS and see what options you have there to disable it (if any), or Dell may have a solution if you call them.
I disabled switch video mode in the BIOS. Now, it runs only with the Firepro card and doesn't display the Intel card in device manager. There will be a little more testing but this seems to be the trick. Thanks for everybody's help.
