Multiple Lines of Text Above MLeader Line

When using the "Underline Top Line" option with an mleader style is there a way to have more than one line of text above the line?

Thanks in advance for any help...

Top Line means just that, one single line of text way at the top.
Perhaps you need to underline the bottom line instead? Of use a custom block in a custom MLEADER with attributes above and below a line.
