Missing .DWG File After Saving In AutoCAD 2014

Recently I have been experianceing a known issue with saving to our server and shortly after, the .dwg goes missing and tryes to save as a tep file. I have googgled this issue and havent seen a solution other then a compleate fresh install of everything on this computer. Dose anyone have any other ideas of how to fix this issue? Thanks.

AutoCAD's save process:
1. Save your file to a TMP.
2. Delete the BAK file.
3. Rename DWG to BAK
4. Rename TMP to DWG

If you do not have read/write/delete/rename rights to that location, or there is a hiccup accessing the filder of any of those files (aka they are busy being accessed/in use) you get that issue. Renaming the TMP to DWG should get you back your file.
