Microsoft .NET Framework error

All worked correctly with original hard drive.
My hard drive malfunctioned and Dell replaced it and this error happens now?
OS = Windows 7
When I click on customize, the Microsoft .NET Framework error below pops up.
Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Second time AFTER uninstall and reinstall of Microsoft .NET Framework and AutoCAD 2013. The error codes may be the same, but the results are better now i.e., the error still happens, but after clicking on continue I can now customize my Quick Properties .

You can safely remove all instances of .NET from your PC, repair reinstall AutoCAD, then run Windows Update to put back only the .NET variants the programs on your PC need.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling .NET three times and then using the .NET repair tool and then cleanup tools and still the error comes up.
