I am looking for some guide lines/ APP to generate a list of dwgs for the 1st page of dwg folder hard copy contain g Dwg No, Revision, Title as in layouts

If the 'Dwg No, Revision, Title as in layouts' are in title block attributes, use DATAEXTRACTION to extract these datas from the drawings.

And create an AutoCAD table or spreadsheet.

Try with free BatchInDatabase or BatchInEditor tools to create drawing list in CSV format and insert them as table in AutoCAD.

Are you asking for a sample file to test this tool?, you can try with your own attribute block or create a new one which could be done within few minutes of time.
