Importing Solidworks Assembly file

I am importing solidworks assembly files into AutoCAD 2014.  They show up fine after importing them.  It says the assembly is in inches but when i go into the individual parts blocks they are all 25.4 scale.  Is there a way to not have all the parts scaled up when it is imported?

Start with a blank drawing, UNITS and pick Architectural, import your solidwork.

Your .DWT you use make a difference.

I can't test it here, so this may be a long shot, but explore the settings (hint: unitless) in the sysvars: INSUNITS, INSUNITSDEFSOURCE, & INSUNITSDEFTARGET.

INSUNITS is mentioned in the help file for importing SolidWorks parts/assemblies.

2.54cm = 1"

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂
