Use Civil 3D.

That would be the easy way.. Unfortunately I only have AutoCAD..

I think you're out of luck.  Unless you can use the GEOGRAPHICLOCATION command or GEOMAP.

if you have a known coordinate system, the Corpscon program available from ACOE will convert points to or from lat long.  If it is an arbitrary coodinate scheme, then it will be much harder to get valid info
