Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation reading

I've been having this problem for a week or so now. I'm running Win7 and AutoCAD 2013 and every time I try and open these files I keep getting "Out of memory" or some unhandled access.

The files are on a USB and I'm working on my home computer and computer at school and all of a sudden many of my files are not opening. My professor and I have tried many things including purge, recover, using a new USB, copying to a desktop, etc. but nothing has worked. I've redone the file over and over more than three times and it is still happening.
