FATAL ERROR: unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0020 Exception at 108c814h

We just installed AutoCAD 2013 on a Windows 7 (32bit) machine this morning, but whenever we right click we get the following error(right after install, nothing else done):

error.jpg

I have tried the following steps:

-Ran as administrator

-Repair of .NET 4

-Repair of AutoCAD 2013

-Uninstalling and reinstalling AutoCAD 2013

-Updated video card drivers (Both Intel HD 4000 and Nvidia Quadro K1000M)

-Installing AutoCAD2013 SP2

Is there anything else I can try?

note:  WIndows has to be 32bit so that one of our AutoCAD addons work (amine)

So... you open AutoCAD 2013 into a blank drawing, and simply right-click and this happens?

And it's repeatable?

yeah, when opening autocad, blank drawing (even on the first time opening), it has this error every time we right click.

FIXED!!

followed the steps and everything seems to be working like a champ now:

-Reset AutoCAD settings to Default

-Uninstalled .NET framework and reinstalled

and it worked...

A bit strange that it worked after doing those steps as it was a fresh AutoCAD install, and I had repaired and reinitialised .NET before.

Maybe it just needed a bit more love than I gave it yesterday evening.

well... seems that resetting custom settings is a temporary fix.  After rebooting last night the machine it starts crashing again on right click.  I proceeded to reset the default settings again and it worked, hooray!  But upon closing and re-opening autoCAD it goes back to recrashing on right click.  This is really pissing our engineer off, not to mention myself.
