Editing materials

AutoCAD materials are setup for arch units and I need engineering units. In previous releases I could edit an AutoCAD material and reduce the bitmap size in the dialog shown in the attachement. Did they remove this function or am I just missing it or should I be looking elsewhere?

I believe when I say previous releases I am talking 2010 and prior.

you can edit the image scaling size, look to that screenshot and let's know if that helped (or not).
