Edit Object Type List - Does not show when invoked.

In the cui under Quick Props or Rollover Tooltips, when I try to invoke the Edit Object Type List it does nothing.  Doesn't matter if I select the icon at the top or right-click and select popup menu.

Any one have any ideas?

Sorry, I'm  AutoCAD 2015 with SP1.

Try switching to a different AutoCAD profile.  If works in other profiles, then I'd say it's probably working but it's "off-screen" (possibly due to switching between single and multiple displays)

Thanks, you're right, I'm using dual monitors.

I am experiencing the same problem in Civil 3D 2019. 

I have tried switching profiles but it's not helping me.

Never had this problem with 2016-2018. Only 2019 seems to do that.

Please help!

OK, after countless re-tries the Edit Object Type List box suddenly appeared on my screen.

Finally able to sort out my custom tooltips!
