Document has a command in progress. - file totally blocked

Document has a command in progress.

in Acad2014, i'have a problem with a file at opening.

I cannot do any command, the file is blocked by this message.

A collegue opened this file with his window's session and had no problem. He saved to another name, but when i try with my session, i'have the same error message.

Restart Windows then try it again.

here is the file.

 

i've already try to restart windows, without succeded.

Even when my collegue make a wblock with the entuire drawing, the new file makes the same problem.

An AUDIT turned up 224 errors.  A -PURGE turned up 54 regapps.  That would be a good place to start.

I aggree, we tried with my collegue but nothing change.

Completely blocked again in my session.

could you enventually send me the file "corrected" for a another try?

There is nothing wrong with the file except as noted previously.

Create a new Windows Profile for the user on their PC and have them try again to see if their issue goes away.
