None of my detailing icons are available or visible. The CUI was loaded "right out of the box" but I can't create any layouts, base or otherwise. You'll se in the attached screen captures, it doesn't exist. Anybody? anybody? Bueller . . .
Right click on that black part of the right and see if those panels are turned off perhaps? Or start CUI command and search for your desired command in the commands list and confirm it's even there? You're not doing enough to investigate.
