Command line obscures the reload xref note

In AutoCAD 2015 the command line obscures the "reload xref note".  How do i put the command line back down to where it was in AutoCAD 2012?

It does not for me in 2015 with a docked command line

Here is mine:

If your command line is floating, move it/resize it so that it does not overlap the tray notification

you could dock the command line, or you could turn it off.  i found that it is unecessary to have the space used up by something telling me what command i have live.  you can use dynamic input as your command line and use F2 to pull up the text window if you need to read past commands or distance etc.

Dock it (R2012 is pre-docked BTW, you did know it was undockable in 2012 right?): grab and drag it down.

You can also move it, or slide it, out of the way. Again, grab and drag.

Ensure your LOCKUI variable is turned off first and you save your WORKSPACE afterwards (usage of the commands in all caps is explained in HELP).
