Hello Everyone,
When I plot my drawing two layers do not plot. The layers are turned on and I can see the objects on the layer when in paperspace, but when I send it to the plotter two layers will not plot. When I do a plot preview I cannot see the objects on the layer. The plot preview looks exactly like the final product so it is an AutoCAD issue, not some funky plotter issue.
I cannot figure out why these two specific layers won't plot. The objects on the layer/s are blocks. I have attempted to move the blocks to different layers, but they still do not show up in plot preview.
The layer/s that the block/s are on are turned on, not frozen, and not locked.
This is some type of layer problem, I am assuming, due to the fact that I drew some random lines on the same layer as the block and the line does not show up either.
Is there a layer setting somewhere that does not allow it to print?
Thanks,
Nicholas
What color are the layers assigned?
Are the layers set to no plot?
Post a sample of the drawing or we will spend the morning making guesses.

If something I wrote can be interpreted two ways, and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, I meant the other one.
Well I feel like a newbie
I've been hunting for the issue since I posted, and as I was looking at layer settings there is a Plot On/Off type selection. And guess what...the two layers that won't plot were set to don't plot. haha
Well, I guess I won't be making this mistake again.
Thanks for the input GrantsPirate
