"Can someone please do it for me?"

You've got to be kidding!  Ask your teacher.  Try circle, copy, and offset commands for a start.

Attach the dwg file here of what you have been able to accomplish so far.

BTW - your instructor has been notified of your request for someone to do this for you.

Please mark this response as "Accept as Solution" if it answers your question.

But you asked if someone would do this for you and send the finished product, at least that's what it sounded like. Isn't this cheating if someone else does the work and then you pass it on as your own work?

If you wanted someone to give you advice then you should have reworded your original question. Even the, your instructor would be the person to ask.

And in your original post you state "I have no idea how to do this" but later you say "I know how to do it".

Attach the dwg file here with the portion you do know how to do.

I suspect what you are looking for is the circle with tangent tangent radius sequence, but without the file....

...I doubt anyone will email the solution to yyou, but it is very likely someone will walk you through the process step-by-step if you attach your file here each step of the way.

It has already been suggested that you attach your dwg file here.
The other thought I had is perhaps you were looking for the viewres and regen commands if your circles aren't curved (faceted).

Each curve as a dimension.  If you refer to the curves with by their actual dimensions it would be more clear about where you are having difficulty.
