AutoCad 2014 installation Error 1335 base file

Hi Everyone,

I keep running into this error when trying to install Autocad 2014 student version.  Error 1335 base file.  I've attached a screenshot and the log file to see if that could be of assistance.  My computer meets all the requirements to run AutoCad.  Windows 7, 64 bit.  I've disabled all the antivirus and followed this procedure below but no luck:

Do you have an
anti-virus software installed on your computer?
I suggest that you follow the below steps and check.

1. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
2. Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
msiexec /unregister
msiexec /regserver
3. Now try to run the setup file.

You may also try copying the file to the hard drive and then running the setup file in clean boot mode. Check if the issue persists.

Clean Boot Troubleshooting:
1. Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
User Account Control permission.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the
password, Or click Continue.
2. On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
3. Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup items check box.
4. Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
5. Click OK.
6. When you are prompted, click Restart.
7. After the computer starts, check whether the problem is resolved.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
