AutoCAD won't open

I downloaded AutoCAD on my windows 7 home premium,but when I click on the application it says "the application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." I tried repairing it but that doesn't work. Please help!

not a problem of AutoCAD itself, there exists at list one lib in different versions. Look to >>>that suggestions<<<.
