AutoCAD 2015 System Requirements?

My PC: i5 3470, 8gb ram, windows 7 64-bit. I am going to upgrade to xeon e3 1230 v2, but both of them don't have EM64T. They have SSE2 technology. Can my PC run autocad 2015 64-bit well? I'm using autocad 2008.

EM64T feature is needed for VM (Virtual Machine) Technology !

Your Xeon will be OK for ACAD 201X-2015 x64 ...

8 Gb Ram is enough for small/medium 2D/3D Models but If you plan to design medium/large 2D/3D models please consider 16 Gb Ram !?
