3d Crosshair

In one of my 3D drawings, the 3D crosshair is not showing axis labels or z axis while all other drawings all three axes are showing up with proper labels.  See attached screenshots.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you,

sjm

I would start with Options, Display, colors, make sure the crosshairs are set the same for each display type.

They are the same. Both screenshots were taken from the same AutoCAD season for two different files.

One looks like a 3D parallel projection, the other looks like a 3D perspective projection so that is why I believe the answer is in the color settings. The crosshairs can be set differently for those two and there is a Tint for X,Y,Z option for each one as well.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I am new to 3D. Changed both to perspective. Still no change. BTW, color setting for Crosshairs including Tint is the same for both parallel and perspective
