3D solids creating Autocad 2015

I am trying to create a 3D solid tube with  the id = x and  the od = y with a length to be determined at a later time. I have created a cylinder with the appropriate od and I delineated the id to size then tried to push or pull the center from the main cylinder without success. I am new to Autocad and I am becoming increasingly frustrated. I have tried to use 2D wire frame models; extrudind and surfacing the model but the ends have no surface. It is like looking at a thick walled glass tube that the ends have been ground optically flat and parallel. Any suggestions, know how, prior experiences, I could use the help.

Attach your dwg file here.

Are you familiar with the presspull command?

Revolve?

Extrude?

Subtract?

Sweep?

Loft?
