2015 does NOT remember workspace settings for dual monitors

I have an issue with Autocad 2015 in that it does not remember my workspace settings. I work with dual monitors and have the properties tab and the ribbon tab undocked on the second screen with assorted tools undocked from the ribbon on the second screen as well.

It does remember the position for the undocked tools from the ribbon onto the second monitor when I open a file with my saved workspace settings setup but 2015 refuses to remember where to dock the properties tab and ribbon and opens them up on the first monitor.

I never had this issue with Autocad 2014, it remembered where everything sat on the second monitor.

I am running windows 7 on a Dell Precision T3500 with 12GB Ram and an AMD FirePro V7900 (FireGL V) Video Card which is a supported card.

for freezing and hatch issue, do let me know more details. I can work with you to address them.

The AMD rep sent me an email on Friday saying he was able to reproduce the error and that they're looking into it.  Nothing more than that for now.

I believe the ones I have running right now (the May 6 ones) were titled "Unified Driver", but they must be for the FirePro because that's the control panel I have.  The performance is still terrible, though.

I notice the exact same performance issues when going over hatches while in a command on our one workstation running an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX, so it's not just AMD drivers being affected by whatever Autodesk changed in its graphics handling in 2015.

There is a May 16 revision 14.2 beta driver available on AMD's website:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/workstation?os=Windows%207%20-%2064#beta

I tested it and it did not help me, but maybe it will be helpful to someone else.

The AMD rep says this is not a driver issue, but an application issue (i.e. AutoCAD 2015).

Here is a simplified drawing where I hit serious lag issues.  Be sure that "Ignore hatch objects" is unchecked under "Object Snap Options" on the Drafting tab in OPTIONS.
