2015 Paper Space View changing

I have noticed a number of times that my view in paperspace changes for some reason and the entire border is no longer on a 24x36 sheet. I haven't been able to figure out when it changes, but I can't undo to get it to go back either. I have not plotted a window, so the plot settings are not being saved. I have a 24x36 page setup applied and it looks correct in the preview, but the black area of the sheet is still not correct when working in paper space. I have attached a screen shot of what I am trying to explain.

Hi, can you post a screen shot of your page setup for that layout. It looks like the paper background is showing an 11x17 sheet and the title block is set up for a 24x36

I can't post a screen shot because at one point yesterday when I changed to a different layout it fixed itself. So now I will have to wait for it to happen again. Maybe switching to another layout is the 'fix'? I can guarantee you that the page setup was set for 24x36 because I had imported the page setup from a file we have set up for the office. I am wondering if it is a graphics card issue? Since it fixed itself once I changed to the other layout.
