newly installed civil3d, everytime I try to open to activate, I get a message saying an Autodesk component has quit working. Says it will close the program. Civil3d still trys to open and locks up the computer.

Finally got the program to run, seemed to be a problem with a video card. Never did understand why I was getting a message about a trial version I was loading from a fully licensed seat.
