zoom extent does zoom to extent

Hello,

We have a recurring problem. Zoom extents refuses to zoom to the extent of the drawing and a weird little symbol with (like a corner with an arrow) appears. The same thing happens when doing a PAN.

No drawing limits are set. REGEN (or REGENALL) does nothing.

The only solution we have found is to close the file and reopen it.

A solution and any explanation would be welcome.

Thank you,

Dominique

Try this, type in LIMITS, then OFF

Do you get that "wierd little symbol" when ZOOMing, or is it actually when PANning?

You might be right about the symbol maybe it only shows up when we pan. I'll try to pay more attention and make screen captures next time it happens
