proteção de blocos com senha

Olá, tenho alguns blocos e eu nao queria queria que abrissem os blocos para edição. Os blocos são dinamicos.

para colocar senha no arquivo original, na hora que coloco o bloco, o usuário poderá abrir todos os segredos dos mesmos, somente uma pessoa com a senha poderá abrir.

como faço?
