fatal error

last few days i faceing probem fatal error unhandled e06d7363h exception at 751e812fh in cad2010. can anyone share me how to resolve the error plz.

Hi,

can you please give some more info? Info like:

• What OS do you use
• What AutoCAD (2010) service pack do you use
• Do you have a vertical AutoCAD like Civil3D, Map3D, MEP, ...?
• Do you get that exception with some specific drawings? Have you tried to test these drawings using command _AUDIT?
• Do you get that exception with some specific command? If so which ones?
• Can you reproduce that exception? If so ... how? What are the exact steps
• How often do you get that exception? 10 times a day or 1 per week?

Hi Mr. Alfred,
I already i try audit, purge and i dont have civil3d map3d etc....
Autocad 2010 service pack 1, windows 7(32 os)
Its happening when i try to save the drawing, first its moves to not responding for few seconds and then error( fatal error unhandled e06d7363h exception at 751e812fh) appear and finally application get closing....Atleast 5-10 times its happening a day.........

For AutoCAD 2010 a servicepack 2 exists, install it first (>>>click<<<).

Then there are some opions you can try:

• copy & paste the geometry from your current drawing into a new drawing
• run command _WBLOCK to export your current drawing content to a new file
• run command _RECOVER to clean the database while opening, run command _RECOVERALL if you have XRefs included

• With the same drawing or with different drawings?
• Saving local or to a network?
• What antivirus software are you running?
